Stocked items are packaged and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number is sent to the email provided. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS ' Priority Mail ' a 1-3 day service for domestic orders.
International orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days using USPS Mail Express International. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned in salable condition within 14 days of receiving for store credit or exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items that have been opened and removed from its original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number, so we can better track your return. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, unless it is a result of a defective exchange. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
